Clinical Trials Registry at the NIH

Find Current Clinical Trials

ClinicalTrials.gov is a registry of federally and privately supported clinical trials conducted on a wide range of diseases and conditions in the United States and around the world. The site will provide information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, and phone numbers for more details.

Register A Clinical Trial

New guidelines have been announced stating the types of trials that must be registered with ClinicalTrials.gov. Generally, all Phase 2-4 trials of drugs and biologics, and trials of devices need to be registered by Dec 26, 2007. Guidance can be found at the above link. Penalties for failing to register applicable trials are reported to be serious.
